Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric Making Calender Thermal Bonding Machine Production Line
This machine single cylinder double doffer fiber carding machine for non woven fabric. And it is for fully carding the fiber bat following opening and blending, then forming parallel or random web through doffer and random if required, which is then supplied to the next processes. This carding machine is used to comb fibers into web shape, and send to lapping machine to form fiber wadding of required weight and thickness. The carding machines cover all types of fiber, synthetic and natural fibers etc, from very fine to very coarse deniers, fiber length up to 120mm.
The structure of this machine is four feeding rollers, single cylinder and double doffer, which is suitable for polyester, polypropylene and other chemical fibers, as well as carding and netting some natural fibers(sheep wool, alpaca fiber and others).
